(WWW.CGNA.GOV.BR), PORTUGUESE VERSION, LINK SERVICOS. THE
REQUESTED ACCOMMODATION WILL BE CONFIRMED BY PROVIDING THE
REQUESTER WITH A NUMBER CODE, WHICH SHALL APPEAR ON
ITEM 18 OF THE FLIGHT PLAN, PRECEDED BY THE ABBREVIATION
RMK/CLR.EXAMPLE: RMK/CLR 165342.
2 - ACFT OPERATING IN SBCT COMING FROM OR DESTINED TO SBSP,
SHALL REQUEST SLOT ONLY TO OPERATE IN SBSP AND WILL NOT
NEED TO REQUEST SLOT IN SBCT.
3 - ACFT WITH AN ATC SLOT THAT HAS KNOWLEDGE OF ITS NON-USE IN
ADVANCE SUPERIOR TO 02 HOURS OF THE EXPECTED SCHEDULE
SHALL CANCEL IT THROUGH THE WEBSITE OF CGNA.
4 - ACFT WITH AN ATC SLOT THAT HAS KNOWLEDGE OF ITS NON-USE IN
