AND 36 HOURS MAXIMUM, BEFORE THE TIME DESIRED FOR OPERATION,
BY MEANS OF PHONE NUMBER 08002826612.
THE REQUESTED ACCOMMODATION WILL BE CONFIRMED BY PROVIDING
THE REQUESTER WITH A NUMBER CODE, WHICH SHALL APPEAR ON ITEM
18 OF THE FLIGHT PLAN, PRECEDED BY THE ABBREVIATION RMK/CLR SP.
EXAMPLE: RMK/CLR SP 165342.
ACFT WITH AN ATC SLOT THAT HAS KNOWLEDGE OF ITS NON-USE IN
ADVANCE SUPERIOR TO 02 HOURS TO THE EXPECTED SCHEDULE SHALL
REQUIRE TO THE CGNA ITS CANCELLATION.
